Group Run 10/7/13

Hey Hey Hey.  A little bit of snow and shorter days.  The leaves are still hanging on and there is still some good running left to be had.  This week we'll be headed out to Mad Creek for our run.  Lets meet and run earlier so we don't finish in the dark.

Let's meet at the Mad Creek trailhead on Elk River Rd.  Meet and be ready to run at 5:30.  Hope to see you on Wednesday.
