Hey All- thanks to everyone who showed up last week to run the mile. Believe everyone improved their times from last year. Good job proving that we aren't the slowest running group in the country. Also, thanks to the judges, timers and photographers from keeping everyone in check.
For this weeks run we'll be headed out to Mad Creek for a little loop. If you're tapering for any of the Run Rabbit Run races, don't worry, you can keep it mellow. So lets meet at the Mad Creek trailhead which is located north of town on Elk River Rd. (CO 129) at 5:45 and be ready to run at 6:00.
