Hey Everybody- congrats to everyone who ran in one of the Honey Stinger races yesterday, lots of Steamboat runners with some good performances.
This week we'll be headed out to Strawberry Park for a run on the Lower Bear Trail, it's a trail runners delight. You either love it or hate it (sorry Mike), either way it'll make you a better runner. The trail head is located on CR 36 just before the Hot Springs. Lets meet there and be ready to run at 6:00.

P.S. Justin is still looking for a fellow volunteer to mark the course for the Continental Divide Trail Run on Friday. Look for him on Wednesday.
