The Run Rabbit Run is coming up and I will be hosting the Long Lake aid station again. I'm looking for volunteers. We will enjoy snacks, cocktails, beautiful scenery and of course cheering on the runners. The 100 mile race starts Friday 9/13 and the 50 is Saturday 9/14. The 100 mile runners will pass through Long Lake 3 times. The aid station is staffed during the day Friday and I will need help starting Friday evening. We plan to go up after work Friday night and help and camp out during the night. We will stay up there and run the aid station through the 50 mile race Saturday. The shifts for the aid station are below. The times include commute time. Please let me know if you think you are available. If you know which time slot you can do, let me know. We will narrow down who is covering each shift as the time gets closer. Please pass this along to anybody else who may be interested.

Saturday:
5:30am-11:30am
10am - 4pm
1pm-7pm
